30 day free return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you would like to return your order.

Please email us on support@afrikarise.co and we will arrange a free collection within 3 to 5 working days. Ensure your items are in their original packing and packed in a box to protect them during transit. As soon as we receive them, we’ll check what you’ve sent back and issue the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will then be applied to your original method of payment.

We can only accept returns if the product is unused and in the original condition and packaging.

If returned goods are damaged we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hey@afrikarise.co.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@afrikarise.co.

If you have received a flawed product please email images to us documenting the flaw to hey@afrikarise.co.
