If you have been to Spain or are of Spanish descent, you will know this pepper. Most often sold as tapas in sidewalk cafes. Eating these can be a lot of fun. While most of these peppers are sweet and mild, it’s the occasional kicker that makes you sit up and gulp at your wine.
