How do I pay for my order?

Afrikarise accepts payments via PayFast.

What if I have not received my order?

Please contact us at hey@afrikarise.co for an update on the status of your order. All orders are shipped with Fastway Couriers and are issued with a tracking number.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details of your order as it goes directly to our fulfilment centre for processing and shipping.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please send us a message to hey@afrikarise.co with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive, and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
